P+D employs over 60 full-time employees across a variety of functions. Of these, 22 members of staff have been with the company for more than 20 years; a testament to the positive culture that we have built within the organisation.

The son of our founder, Jim Conway, Ronan has grown up in the print industry and took over as Managing Director of P+D 10 years ago. He is down to earth and approachable. Above all, Ronan is known for his hands-on management style – taking care of the day-to day running of the business as well as handling some of our biggest accounts.
Michael was Chief Operating Officer at The Printed Image and Operations Director at InnerWorkings Ireland before joining P+D. A qualified Project Manager and logistics specialist with extensive experience in retail and POS, Michael focuses on the making, creation and innovation of work. He has particular expertise in identifying the most effective substrates, processes, people and technologies available for projects.
Carolyn joined P+D 10 years ago, having previously worked in the accounts departments of Xtravision and Siemens. As financial controller, Carolyn places a huge emphasis on customer service and attention to detail. Organised and methodical, Carolyn keeps the accounts department running smoothly within the busy environment of P+D.

Mary has over 20 years’ experience in the print industry with a vast array of knowledge and skill sets. Initially starting out as a graphic designer Mary made a natural progression into sales and marketing. As an extremely customer focused individual and with a natural creative skill set Mary works on strategic campaigns for our customers alongside the sales and creative design teams. As our brand guardian, she is always on hand to ensure that our P+D brand is appropriately represented, and is the driving force in the positioning of P+D in the market place.
